Carriers and trays, potholders and propagation trays increases productivity

ILIP Hortipack has, over the years, developed some innovative solutions in thermoformed rigid plastic containers for horticultural and floricultural nurseries. The range is divided into three types of products, propagation trays, carriers with trays, and pot holders for transport or cultivation.

All of these products are suitable for manual as well as mechanised production processes, guaranteeing reduction of machine stops, resistance to handling, and increase in the number of pieces in the packaging, thus reducing transport costs.

The Hortipack product range includes articles in R-PET and PS and each type is positioned as a fully recyclable product line. The R-PET raw material is fully traceable, as it comes from a plastic recycling and extrusion supply chain entirely controlled by the ILPA group. Hortipack is part of this group, one of the few concrete European cases of circular economy in the packaging sector.

The R-PET products have a content of recycled material from municipal waste of max. 90%, making them thus 100% recyclable and guaranteeing full traceability, quality, reliability and sustainability, supporting the circular economy implemented by the company.

View HortiPack products at the Fruit Attraction fair from 8-10 October in Madrid, where ILIP will be present as an exhibitor, as well as at IPM 2025 in Essen/Germany and My Plant & Garden 2025 in Milan/Italy.
