Share Logistics, a global supply chain services provider, announces its acquisition of the Netherlands- and Bonaire-based, Allways Transport, a well-respected logistics services provider specialized in the Dutch Caribbean region. The deal marks an important step in Share Logistics' long-term growth strategy for the wider Caribbean.

Since 1985, Allways Transport has specialized in end-to-end logistics services to and from Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saint Martin, Saba and Sint Eustatius. It thereby serves a variety of general cargo industries as well as the food & beverage industry.
