Uzbekistan provides platform for transit of fresh fruits from Afghanistan to Central Asian countries

During the inauguration of the Termez International Trade Center, Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, held a meeting with Uzbekistan's Prime Minister, Abdulla Aripov, to discuss enhancing bilateral trade and transit cooperation, particularly the facilitation of Afghan fresh fruit exports to Central Asian countries.

Prime Minister Aripov affirmed that Tashkent is ready to expand its commercial and transit relations with Kabul by facilitating the transit of Afghan fresh fruits to Central Asian countries through Uzbekistan's territory.
