Today, Willem Dijk AGF celebrates a significant milestone: Willem Dijk Junior has officially been with the company for 25 years.
Although this impressive anniversary is being celebrated today, Willem has been around the workplace since he was able to walk. He grew up in the remarkable company that his father, Willem Dijk Senior, built with great dedication and craftsmanship.
Willem's journey to the boardroom was one of hard work, learning, and perseverance. He started his career as a driver, making various trips alongside his studies, which marked his first steps in the industry.
Not long after, he stepped into the warehouse, where he further developed his skills and advanced to the position of warehouse manager.
His talent and passion did not go unnoticed, and soon he became involved in sales and the commercial heart of the company. One of his greatest achievements was setting up the German trade, which is now an important part of Willem Dijk AGF's success.
