Shining a light on new salad and lettuce products

Earthbound Farm is gearing up to make a splash at the International Fresh Produce Association (IFPA)'s Global Produce and Floral Show in Atlanta this month. The company will feature an array of new products:

A new lineup of salad kits made with 100 percent organic avocado oil: Consumer demand is for healthier dressing alternatives and convenient, organic salad kits. Five single-serve flavors are launching: Caesar, Chipotle Ranch, Apple Cider Crunch, Golden Balsamic, Truffle Caesar, and two new full-size kit flavors: Caesar and Balsamic Crunch.

Limited Harvest Wild Red Arugula: This Limited Harvest Organic Wild Red Arugula has vibrant red veining and a spicy, bold flavor profile, providing a new experience for arugula lovers and organic salad consumers. This unique variety is exclusive to the Earthbound Farm brand.

Plant-based packaging: Made from recycled plant fibers, this eco-friendly tray ensures greens stay fresh while reducing plastic use by 95 percent. This new tray supports consumers' eco-conscious living without compromising on freshness or convenience and is available now in two varieties: Organic Spring Mix, Organic Baby Spinach

Greenhouse line-up: Utilizing greenhouse farming, Earthbound Farm greenhouse blends add flavor and crunch to the product family while farming closer to select markets. This new greenhouse line is cultivated out of two facilities: Louisa, Virginia, and South Bend, Indiana.

This Wild Red Arugula variety is exclusive to the Earthbound Farm brand.

  • Organic Golden Balsamic Avocado Oil Salad Kit (sampling Saturday, Oct 19th)
