McDonald's Korea to resume tomato supply next week
McDonald's Korea, the local unit of fast-food giant McDonald's Corp., will reintroduce tomatoes to its burgers from next week after temporarily removing them due to a shortage caused by recent weather conditions. "Tomatoes, which have been in short supply due to recent heat waves and other extreme weather conditions, will be available in stores nationwide starting November 11", the company said in a statement.

Spinneys profit rises 25% on UAE and Saudi expansion

Costco's sales in Canada rise in October

US: SpartanNash posts lower net and comp-store sales as it looks to acquisitions to juice growth
SpartanNash posted lower net and comparable-store sales in the third fiscal quarter of 2024, but the grocery company's retail sales moved ahead during the period after declining on an annual basis for four quarters in a row. Net sales slipped by about half a percent year-over-year, to $2.25bln, while comparable-store sales were off by 0.7%. Net earnings held steady at 32 cents per diluted share.
