A carrot processing plant with a capacity of 10 tons per hour

A carrot processing line was recently installed in Sicily by RG, a Cesena-based company with 40 years of experience in designing and building fruit and vegetable processing equipment.

"We are very happy with the result," says owner Ruggero Ricci. "In the past, we have done several installations in Sicily and now we are back with this technology. The latest generation of the plant, built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, has a capacity of 8 to 10 tons per hour.

"We have made technological improvements to each of the machines that make up the plant, including their design. The solidity and durability of each unit have remained unchanged, which is the indelible trademark of our company."

"The design was based on my father's experience and we've only added mechanical improvements where needed," Ruggero adds.

For 2025, there are already plans for potato and onion processing lines. "RG is, as always, ready to adapt its equipment to any customer's specifications."
