Those who produce and process vegetables know the importance of precision when it comes to packaging. With this in mind, Bulltec has developed a new grader that boasts extreme precision and delicacy.
Owner Ruggero Ricci explains that "our machine features a combined weighing system for courgettes and peppers, and is made entirely of stainless steel. The new machine from Bulltec guarantees a high level of delicacy when it comes to product handling: this is because there are no drops between the various steps. The machine consists of 12 weighing cups driven by a pneumatic system, which feeds the product onto a central belt. Thanks to Bulltec software, the 12 scales determine a combination of weight per product portion with minimal giveaway."
Bulltec, an Italian company based in Cesena (Italy), will showcase this combination weighing machine to the French market at the SIVAL (Salon international) trade fair from 14 to 16 January 2025 in Angers. Bulltec will be hosted at the "Favorite Packing" stand, in Hall B, stand A24.
