The French Interprofessional Technical Center for Fruit and Vegetables (CTIFL) has just appointed its new Deputy Director General. Delphine Tailliez succeeds Ludovic Guinard, "who has left his mark over the last eight years by steering CTIFL through major transformations," according to the CTIFL press release.
"Under the presidency of Jacques Rouchaussé, the general management of Louis Orenga, and the operational management of Ludovic Guinard, CTIFL has been able to adapt to financial and organizational upheavals while strengthening its position as a benchmark center of expertise. His commitment and strategic vision have helped to modernize the organization, equipping it with innovative and resilient tools. We would like to express our sincere thanks to Delphine and wish her every success as she takes over the helm of the FCBA Institute of Technology.
A renewed vision with Delphine Tailliez
"With a career spanning more than 25 years in the agricultural and food sectors, Delphine Tailliez brings recognized expertise and a strategic vision that will be decisive assets for CTIFL in the years to come.
As an agricultural engineer with a degree from SupAgro Montpellier and an MBA in Organizational Sciences from the University of Paris Dauphine, she has held management positions within organizations such as Agrosolutions, where she piloted innovative projects in collaboration with major players in the agricultural sector, and more recently APRIFEL (as its director), where she consolidated the international and scientific visibility of CTIFL to promote the consumption of fruit and vegetables.
Her career has been marked by a constant desire for innovation, sustainability, and cooperation. In particular, she has helped to structure strategic initiatives in applied research and sustainable development, while managing multidisciplinary teams and high-level scientific partnerships. Under the chairmanship of Jean-Hugues Belland and the general management of Alexis Degouy, Delphine Tailliez will be responsible for continuing the development of CTIFL, strengthening its role as a center of expertise and innovation for the entire fruit and vegetable sector in France."
Ambitions for CTIFL and the sector
"It is an honour to join CTIFL. The mission I have been given is both a privilege and a commitment: to meet the expectations and challenges of our organization with rigour, attentiveness, and dedication," explains Delphine Tailliez. "My commitment will be to promote interdisciplinary collaboration with professionals and scientists, innovation for the benefit of as many people as possible, and a framework conducive to team development in order to maximize the impact of all our work."
