Lamont Edwards, a key member of the company for over 25 years, has transitioned to the role of tomato category manager. With his deep knowledge of production operations, particularly in tomatoes, Edwards will focus on growing the tomato category by enhancing sourcing, sales, and product offerings, while ensuring that both incoming and outgoing products meet customer quality standards.
