De Mooij Amsterdam launches Classiq brand for Dutch-grown products

"Vegetable range becoming more diverse and colourful"

Following the brands Fino Fresco (for Italian products) and Fresco del Sol (for Spanish products), De Mooij Amsterdam is now launching a new brand for products grown on Dutch soil: Classiq.

"We will offer various specialties from our own country under this new brand. We are starting with yellow, purple, black, and white carrots, yellow and Chioggia beetroot, and parsley root, but the range will certainly expand in the near future," says Danny de Mooij.

"We're seeing growing popularity for these products. They bring vibrant color to the plates of both the hospitality industry and consumers," Danny continues. "In addition, our private labels are becoming increasingly important. With our brands, customers know exactly what to expect, and with this expansion, we can build recognisability for our range of Dutch-grown products."

In addition to serving hospitality clients, De Mooij Amsterdam also expects to supply ethnic shops and greengrocers with products under the Classiq brand. Promotional activities for the new brand will begin this week (week 12).
