Sales Consultant Position Overview
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple accounts, and a proactive approach to sales and relationship-building.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers in the floral industry
- Identify new business opportunities and expand Choice Farms’ reach within the market
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely communication and a high level of service
- Understand customer needs and recommend floral solutions that align with their business goals
- Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery
- Stay informed on industry trends, seasonal availability, and customer preferences
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence
- Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and account management
What We’re Looking For
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail and follow-through
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to sales and customer service
- Experience in sales, client relations, or the floral/event industry (preferred but not required)
- A passion for flowers and experience in the floral industry is a must
- Willingness to work onsite at our Doral, FL location, collaborating closely with our experienced team
