Walmart says some U.S. customers were overcharged due to technical issue
Walmart said Wednesday that a technical issue in mid-March resulted in the retailer overcharging customers at some stores in the United States, according to reporting from Bloomberg News. Walmart suffered a technical glitch on March 19 that kept price data from accurately being received by self-checkout kiosks at 1,600 stores, Bloomberg reported.

Walmart, Target, Amazon Fresh lowering grocery prices
Target, Walmart, and Amazon Fresh are the latest grocery chains in the U.S. to lower prices, after Southeastern Grocers and Giant Food announced initiatives to lower prices this spring. Walmart said it rolled back prices on nearly 7,000 items in its stores. French retail group Les Mousquetaires, which operates the Intermarché, Bricomarché, and Roady banners, has ambitious plans for its Portuguese operations, according to reports. UK: Aldi supermarket workers set for second pay rise in a year
