Upgrades enhance Air Canada Cargo's hub in London

Air Canada Cargo has completed upgrades at its largest European hub, located in London Heathrow, which enhance the carrier's capabilities in managing cold chain shipments. These shipments include pharmaceuticals, fresh food, and other perishables. The enhancements to the facility include nearly 900 square feet of temperature-controlled areas, designed to meet strict industry standards and global regulatory requirements. This ensures that products remain within the required temperature range throughout their transit. Jon Turner, vice president, of cargo, at Air Canada, highlighted the importance of these upgrades, stating, "The upgraded cold chain handling facility in London Heathrow is another step in our customer offering and positions Air Canada Cargo to continue successfully growing its business."
