GP Graders unveils new leadership to drive cherry and blueberry growth

GP Graders has announced its new leadership team, tasked with developing the company to deliver efficient and agile solutions to the challenges of fruit growing.

The company will be managed by Francois Lovens, alongside a skilled sales team focused on growth in the cherry and blueberry sectors. Lovens is a business engineer with over 25 years of experience, including 20 years in management roles in international companies. He is a graduate of the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve in Belgium and holds an MBA from ESADE in Barcelona.

Lovens has led teams in complex environments, focusing on the conceptualization and implementation of new business lines. His background in the construction and energy-saving sectors provides valuable insight for developing strategies in the cherry industry. Fluent in French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and with 22 years immersed in Latin culture, Lovens brings a deep understanding of the South American market. He has also served as an economic advisor to the Embassy of Belgium in Chile since 2018 and is a member of the International Lithium Chamber.

Sales team
Alessandro Bozzolo, Commercial Manager, has 37 years of experience in the fruit sector. His expertise in fresh fruit production, cooling and packaging operations, and market trends strengthens the team's ability to meet customer needs and manage key accounts.

Jaime VillaseƱor, an agricultural engineer, brings extensive experience in the fresh fruit export industry. His work in sales of technology and equipment, as well as marketing strategies, has helped establish strong client relationships.

VillaseƱor's focus on identifying and meeting market needs supports the company's commitment to quality services. The team brings together experienced professionals equipped to address the challenges and opportunities in the cherry market.
