Interfresh Eurasia, Türkiye's trade fair for fresh fruit and vegetables, packaging, cool rooms, storage, machinery, and logistics was held in September 2024 at Izmir Exhibition Fairground.
In 2024 Interfresh Eurasia Trade Fair exceeded its growth targets and also increased international visitors target. The trade fair hosted visitors from 55 countries, up from 44 in 2024. For the 2025 show, international visitors from over 80 countries are expected.
Packaging, Machinery, and New Technologies empowering the Synergy
In 2024, in addition to fresh produce; visitors had a chance to discover the latest technologies in packaging and machinery special section. For the 2025 show 80% of previous exhibitors have already reserved their spaces. İn addition to existing customers there will be new ones with new technologies.
In 2025 there will be two exhibitions under one roof: Interfresh Eurasia and Interfood Eurasia. Interfresh Eurasia Exhibition will be organized together with the Interfood Eurasia Exhibition, where additional fresh, dried, freeze-dried, canned, and juices will also be featured. The exhibition will take place between 18-20 September at the same location.
In 2025, traditional products from Europe, the Balkan Region,the Middle East, and African countries will be on show.

Türkiye has always played a very important role geographically in the region and thanks to the government's visa policy Türkiye is easy to access. Also supporting international trade is the fact that Turkish Airlines fly directly to more than 140 countries which will help to boost the international visitor program. There will be exporters and importers from Europe, the Balkans, MENA region - CIS countries, Russia, India, China, Malesia, and Indonesia.
