Ekovest Bhd has signed a three-way memorandum of understanding with China’s Shenzhen Maoxiong Co Ltd and Anxi County People’s Government for cross-border socio-economic collaboration. The agreement aims to facilitate cooperation in property development, infrastructure, and fresh produce, agriculture, and aquaculture distribution and processing in both Malaysia and China.
The collaboration envisions the establishment of a state-of-the-art durian processing and distribution center in China. The collaboration will initially focus on durian processing, with potential plans to explore infrastructure development opportunities within China.
MX specialises in vegetable and fruit cultivation, processing, and distribution, whereas Ekovest’s expertise in construction and infrastructure development is expected to facilitate the projects.
