New 8,000-ton vegetable storage facility inaugurated in Russian Far East

In Buryatia, a new vegetable storage facility with a capacity of 8,000 tons has been inaugurated. This facility, one of the largest in the Russian Far East, was established by the leading regional agricultural company "Garantia-2," which has been a prominent producer of potatoes and vegetables for the past two decades.

The newly opened storage facility, featuring advanced Dutch equipment, ensures optimal climate and temperature conditions to minimize storage losses. The project represents the first phase of a larger complex. This initial phase includes four compartments, each capable of holding 2,000 tons of potatoes.

The facility's computer-controlled environment guarantees precise temperature regulation, enhancing the storage efficiency and quality of the produce. The comprehensive plan envisions a total capacity of 20,000 tons upon completion of all four buildings.
