Now Organic International is the company of father Hans and son Lars Versteegh. Together with business partner Rob van Baal, Hans Versteegh founded Now Organic in 2012. The company has recently grown into a major player in the organic ginger juice market. In the Netherlands, fresh organic ginger is processed into concentrated and pure ginger juice under the brand name Go Now, catering to both consumers and the hospitality industry.

The process
After harvesting, the organic ginger is transported to the Netherlands, where it is processed into pure juice in a specialized juice factory. This juice is then bottled in both small and bulk packs, targeting different market segments. Consumers can easily order Go Now online, while the industry opts for larger packs to facilitate the usage in various beverages.
Own brand
As Commercial Manager, Lars Versteegh is responsible for developing the Go Now brand, which has been in operation for more than six years. Lars explains:

Opportunities and expansion
The Dutch market continues to grow, and Hans and Lars are looking beyond the country's borders. In France, steps are being taken to introduce the brand more broadly, while in Belgium, Go Now is available at several wholesalers and organic shops. Lars adds:
"Beyond market growth, we see opportunities to further expand our product range. We're currently developing a new glass packaging that enhances the user experience. Go Now is actively promoted through newsletters and intensive customer communication."

Hans and Lars have recently visited Peru to meet their suppliers and witness the ginger harvest firsthand.
