Gourmet Trading is returning to the Southern Exposure show taking place March 6-8 in Orlando, Florida.
The company's Mexican asparagus production out of Caborca, Mexico is in full swing right now and reaching its seasonal peak. This region is known for its high-volume harvests in a short timeframe, and quality is strong. The season will continue through the end of April.

On blueberries, the company is transitioning from South America to Mexico and domestic regions for supply. As industry discussions have highlighted, winter has posed challenges for East Coast growers, and while Florida's season may see a delayed start, the full impact remains uncertain. Meanwhile, Mexican production is ongoing and will continue through June, with California's season beginning in May.
Meanwhile, show attendees can visit Gourmet Trading's booth, #519, can find out more about how the company has teamed up with Paramount Pictures to celebrate the release of the new Smurfs movie. Only in theatres on July 18, 2025, the company has a special blueberry promotion during the domestic season. Its blueberries with limited-time, movie-themed packaging will hit shelves on May 1st.
