GLOBALG.A.P. is set to introduce its next-generation IT solutions on 1 March 2025, marking a significant milestone in its long-term collaboration with partner Osapiens.
Designed to unify certification and audit management within a single platform, this development aims to streamline processes and provide a faster, more intuitive way to search for certification data—ensuring greater integrity and transparency across global supply chains.
What's new?
The new GLOBALG.A.P. IT platform features two core systems:
CertifierOS – This system is designed for certification bodies (CBs) to manage producer master data, conduct audits, and issue certificates. A mobile application, compatible with all major operating systems, is also available to enable CBs to conduct offline audits flexibly.
Supply Chain Portal – This system allows CBs, retailers, supply chain stakeholders, and the public to search for a GLOBALG.A.P. identification number, validate certificates, and access bookmarking services.
The Certification Body Administration Tool (CB-AT), which enables CBs to register and manage auditors, upload auditor qualifications, and enroll in training courses, remains unaffected by the transition.
Transition process
CertifierOS becomes fully operational on 1 March 2025, replacing the Audit Online Hub. Users and roles have already been migrated, with auditor qualifications linked to CB-AT. Different roles will have varying profiles with specific access rights.
The Supply Chain Portal will replace the GLOBALG.A.P. database on 1 April 2025. From this date, all certificates will be issued and searchable exclusively within the new GLOBALG.A.P. IT platform.
