Digital Cultivation Engineer Horticulture – North America

Are you familiar with data-driven process management? Do you have a passion for cultivation and crop management? Do you bring commercial experience and a network within the high-tech greenhouse sector in the US and Canada? Are you energized by working independently within a company dedicated to enhancing grower performance worldwide?

If you’re passionate about serving as the primary contact for key accounts, this role at Delphy Digital is tailored for you. I would be delighted to discuss this opportunity with you!

With over 250 employees worldwide, Delphy provides expertise to optimize business and crop performance. This leading knowledge company is dedicated to achieving healthy, successful, and sustainable cultivation outcomes in sectors such as greenhouse vegetables, floriculture, and soft fruit, as well as in various other industries. The mission, "Make Growers Better" remains central to the diverse range of services. In addition to cultivation advice and training for growers, Delphy operates multiple dedicated facilities for applied research in areas including greenhouse vegetables, floriculture, indoor farming, and soft fruit. Delphy also provides knowledge and support on global issues like salinization, drought, and extreme temperatures, working on research projects and supporting entrepreneurs.

Delphy Digital develops “Green Digitization” in which the plant is central. This green digitization is a natural evolution for a crop consulting company, combining expertise from crop specialists and knowledge obtained through research. Data and crop models are integrated into the software, delivering intelligent solutions and advice for cultivation of crops and business management. For various crops, Delphy Digital has developed a Quality Management System (QMS). That generates a year-round plan for each crop and variety with the goal of achieving optimal production and quality tailored to the grower’s objectives. The QMS enables continuous monitoring to adjust for dynamic plant growth, climate conditions, and market demand. Above all, it provides growers with insights and support to prevent errors and ensure quality standards.

Delphy Digital is a dynamic and rapidly growing division of Delphy. To strategically continue this growth, the time has come for expansion into North America. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the dynamic digital team, serving as a liaison between clients and growers in North America on one side and Delphy’s specialists on the other.
